Sports Injury Massage Treatments

At Amber Health, Beauty and Sports Injury Clinic, we have over 10 years of experience delivering expert care. Our Principal Therapist, Adelia Chamberlain, is highly trained and respected for her specialised approach to soft and deep tissue massage, focusing on the muscle structure of the body.

Adelia is not a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Osteopath, but brings over 20 years of dedicated massage experience, continuous professional development, and holds multiple certifications. She is a fully insured full member of BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology) for more than two decades. Her certificates are available for viewing in the clinic.

About Our Principal Therapist – Adelia Chamberlain

Adelia treats every client as a whole person, tailoring treatments rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. She uses a blend of techniques such as:

  • Deep and soft tissue massage

  • Integrated myofascial release therapy

  • Trigger point pain release

  • Mechanical and manual massage

  • Deep heat therapy

  • Low-frequency vibro-sonics

  • Lymphatic drainage

What to Expect

Sessions can last up to 2 hours and some treatments may be uncomfortable or even painful, especially for longstanding injuries. Healing takes time—there are no overnight miracles. Early intervention often leads to quicker recovery, so if you’ve injured a muscle, apply ice (e.g., frozen peas) promptly to reduce damage and encourage healing.

Our treatments help a broad range of conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Back pain and occupational stress

  • Sports injuries
